Our community…
Coca CrossFit offers a great atmosphere with an incredibly welcoming, supportive and diverse community which will bring out the best in you. Our members come from all walks of life: from professional athletes to soccer mom, entrepreneurs to grandparents, current high school athletes to individuals who want to relive their glory days.

Our programming…
At Coca CrossFit, we plan our programming 4-6 weeks in advance to allow ample review time, guaranteeing safety and progression. All Coca coaches participate in this process and understand programming objectives, which makes them more effective in the class and meeting members’ needs. This comprehensive review process allows us to provide our members with challenging, yet well-balanced programming.

Our facility…
Our facility is our second home and we take tremendous pride in it. Coca CrossFit is housed in a 5,000 square-foot pole-barn where we offer broad training programs. We are a Rogue equipped facility with three (3) dedicated Olympic Weightlifting platforms, five (5) Westside Barbell racks (all bands and chains provided), over 2500 pounds of bumper plates, and plenty of Strongman specialty equipment! Coca offers something for everyone: regardless if you are just starting your journey or if you are a serious athlete. We also offer both periodic and ongoing specialty programs for members who are looking to work toward a specific goal, or for members who just want to mix it up a bit. Our coaches…
Founder and Head Coach Kate ‘killer’ Rawlings has been doing CrossFit since 2007. She leads a staff of dedicated coaches who are passionate about fitness, CrossFit methodology and are eager to help you achieve your goals. At Coca CrossFit we require that all of our coaches have extensive CrossFit training experience or have gone through a comprehensive internship program and hold multiple CrossFit certifications. Additionally we encourage our coaches to constantly add to their coaching skills and knowledge base.
